18 January 2011 RAGES purchases a digital projector as a result of applying for and been successful in obtaining a grant from the East Lothian’s Community Engagement Small Grants Scheme. Report in The Rages Rag issue 48
14 February 2011 East Coast publish their Eureka timetable.
22 February 2011 First ScotRail announce investment at east of Scotland stations Report in The Rages Rag issue 49
24 February 2011 First ScotRail announce that all their Dunbar trains will stop at Musselburgh from the start of the May timetable. Report in The Rages Rag issue 49
18 March 2011 RAGES writes to East Coast thanking for the re-instatement of the mid-day stop at Berwick but annoyance regarding the removal of the 16:00 service which had stopped at Dunbar – both from May.
12 April 2011 RAGES writes to East Coast in more detail about our disappointment with the Eureka timetable changes. Report in The Rages Rag issue 49
13 April 2011 First ScotRail publish their May timetable which shows an extra evening peak return service to Dunbar and slight tweaking of the other services to provide an hourly day time service in conjunction with other operators. Both the North Berwick and Newcraighall services are re-timed due to the Eureka timetable.
15 April 2011 East Coast responds to RAGES comments. Report in The Rages Rag issue 49
27 April 2011 RAGES accepted an invitation to experience the new East Coast on-board customer service. During this event, the East Coast MD accepted an invitation to attend a future RAGES committee meeting to allow us to air our views.  
5 May 2011 First ScotRail announce the new cycle boards at Musselburgh; Wallyford and Prestonpans. Report in The Rages Rag issue 50
18 May 2011 MVA Consultancy inform RAGES that their study is now with their clients.
23 May 2011 New First ScotRail evening peak return service from Edinburgh to Dunbar starts as well as all their Dunbar trains stopping at Musselburgh. Report in The Rages Rag issue 50
5 June 2011 RAGES briefed local MSPs seeking their support in lobbying the Transport Minister for a positive outcome of the local rail study. Report in The Rages Rag issue 50
11 June 2011 The first new class 380 trains started on the North Berwick service. Report in The Rages Rag issue 50
12 June 2011 James King - a former Vice-chairman of RAGES - died. Report in The Rages Rag issue 50
13 June 2011 The new trains appeared at Dunbar for the first public service. Report in The Rages Rag issue 50
19 August 2011 East Lothian Provost, Sheena Richardson, on behalf of the Scottish Flag Trust unveiled a set of colourful posters within the restored eastbound waiting room at Drem Station.

22 September 2011 First ScotRail announce a new Saturdays only service to Dunbar to be introduced in the December 2011 service and to be reviewed after 12 months.
22 September 2011 RAGES committee members featured in the media this week regarding the rail study:
Tom Thorburn and Barrie Forrest were interviewed for the Borders TV news; and
Allison Cosgrove and Russell Darling appear on the front page of this week's East Lothian Courier having been photographed at the former East Linton station. 
2 October 2011 Adele Conn unveiled her mural along the platform at Prestonpans Railway Station.
10 October 2011 A plaque was unveiled in memory of James King at North Berwick station. Report in The Rages Rag issue 51
16 November 2011 Iain Gray MSP and Fiona O’Donnell MP, both of East Lothian, receive a reply from Network Rail about their request that trains do not bypass Dunbar in the event of bad weather. Report in The Rages Rag issue 54
23 November 2011 RAGES meets with the Minister for Transport, Keith Brown MSP, to discuss how the local rail study will be taken forward. Report in The Rages Rag issue 52
11 December 2011 The new timetables were introduced and would last for 12 months.
17 December 2011 The new late night Saturday ScotRail Edinburgh to Dunbar service at 22:06 hrs started.
